Features of GO-LINE

・Excellent safety

Unlike roller conveyors, it is a flat modular belt, so operators can work safely on the conveyor, enabling the stable transport of products.
・Transport ability

Because modular belt is sprocket driven, drive transmission power is larger than roller-driven like resin belts, and reduces energy-loss.
・Reducing product damaging

Eliminates the need for pallets and veneers which are used with roller conveyor. It enables direct transporting of stacked card board sheets. In addition, collection line of pallets and veneers are no longer needed, which improves transport efficiency in the factory.
・Maintenance is easy

Modular belts do not need to be greased up. A non-oiling type method is used for motors and bearings. Modular belts are maintenance-free when adopting automatically tensioned or the pre-tensioned type.
