Realizing certain rotation・sorting motion.

Rotation・Sorting device, GO-GLE is device that rotates products 90°～360°at exit of the counter-eject of the carton-former by setting. Also, sorts automatically by receiving signals for defectives from products inspection device.
It corresponds to high-speed TAKT by rotating・sorting products while being conveyed.

Excellent in safety・maintenance by simple structure.

Features of GO-GLE

Realizing stable rotation and certain sorting by adopting Roller-top-module, Flat-top-module.Convey surface is primarily flat and no actuator exposed safety structure. Improving work environment by reducing operator`s burden with simple operation.

    Evacuating defectives accurately with corresponding to batch discharging TAKT of 1.7sec. cycle.
  • Flat top modular belt :
    Realized low cost by adopting to Turn conveyor.
